McDonald's Wireless Festival Tickets - Prize Draw Terms and Conditions ("Promotion")
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants ("Entrants") will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.
1. Promoter: McDonald's Restaurants Ltd, 11-59 High Road, East Finchley, London, N2 8AW.
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all GB (England, Scotland and Wales) and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the Promotion including McDonald's employees, their agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or ‘step' family).
3. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens at 11:00 on 28th June 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 30th June 2024 ("Closing Date"). Entries must be received by the Promoter no later than the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date with be void.
4. Internet access required for entry. Entrants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the Entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
5. How to enter:
To enter the Promotion to be considered for the prize (outlined below) each Entrant must:
a. locate the form on festivalwins.com
b. fill in the form with their full name, email address and mobile phone number;
c. select the date they would like to attend Wireless Festival from the following dates:
Friday 12th July 2024;
Saturday 13th July 2024; or
Sunday 14th July 2024.
d. Tick the boxes to confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and the Promoter's privacy policy.
6. One entry per person. If you enter more than once your first entry will be accepted and all others will be disqualified. Entrants cannot use multiple email address or phone numbers to enter the Promotion.
7. Entries will only be accepted at festivalwins.com.
8. The Promotion is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
9. Proof of sending or submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry.
10. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
11. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that either an Entrant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple email addresses, mobile phone numbers; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that Entrant's or a household's entries or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, these Entrants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement under this Promotion will be void.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entry in its sole discretion which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or which it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries where there is a significant risk that the Entrant may bring the Promoter's brand into disrepute.
14. Prizes:
a. There are 10 prizes in total. Each winner will receive one prize.
b. The prize is one pair of general admission tickets to Wireless Festival 2024 in Finsbury Park, London. The prizes are as follows:
(i) 3 x winners will each receive a pair of general admission tickets for Friday 12th July 2024;
(ii) 3x winners will each receive a pair of general admission tickets for Saturday 13th July 2024; and
(iii) 4x winners will each receive a pair of general admission tickets for Sunday 14th July 2024.
c. Each ticket prize is for general admission only. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food and beverage, spending money or any other expenses.
d. There is no cash alternative to the prize stated and prize must be accepted by the named winners. Prizes are non-transferable.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
f. Prizes will be sent via tracked and recorded post to the UK address provided at point of entry by Wednesday 10th July 2024.
g. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion, in order for their prize claim to be processed if they are a winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information at point of entry which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. Please note it will not be possible to update or amend a postal address, email address or phone number after entering the Promotion, or if Entrant is drawn as a winner.
15. Winner Selection:
a. There are 10 winners in total. 3 winners for the 12th July 2024, 3 winners for the 13th July 2024 and 4 winners for 14th July 2024.
b. The winners will be drawn using a random number generator, from Entries for each specified date, within 5 working days of the Closing Date. In the event that any winning entry later proves to be invalid or adjudged void then the Promoter may re-award the prize for that winning entry as it sees fit (but shall not be obliged to do so); specifically, the drawing of one or more reserve entries for any draw shall not of itself imply any obligation for the Promoter to award the prize to a reserve entry should a winning entry become invalid or adjudged void.
16. Winner Notification:
a. Each winner will be contacted, by third-party agency on behalf of the Promoter, via the email address and phone number provided at point of entry by 5th July 2024, informing them of their win.
b. Winners will have until Monday 8th July 2024 to provide proof of name, and age and claim their prize. Details must match those provided at the point of entry.
c. If a winner is unable to provide proof of name and age, or does not claim their prize by Monday 8th July 2024, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a new winner.
17. Privacy
a. Details are collected for the purpose of administering the Promotion only. Winner details will be passed onto a third party for prize fulfilment and winner notification only and will not be used for any other purpose. b. The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing festivalwins@loveprizes.co.uk within 1 month of the closing date. Entrants may request their surname and county is not published in the event they win by emailing festivalwins@loveprizes.co.uk before the closing date. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the winners to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
18. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at its discretion owing to factors outside its reasonable control, but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
b. Entry to the Wireless Festival 2024 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Festival or the Festival organisers. Winners and their guests may be required to comply with the terms and conditions in order to gain entry into Wireless Festival 2024.
c. Where we suspect that an individual has breached these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to verify the winners and ask for proof of identity, age and address and that they are the person associated with the winning notification.

e. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. f. Use of the tickets as the prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Wireless Festival organisers, operators and, or ticket operator(s) with which the winners and their guests will need to comply.
g. The Promoter will not be responsible for:
(i) suspension or cancellation of any of the Wireless Festival 2024 dates;
(ii) any failure of the winners or their guests to gain entry to Wireless Festival as a result of a restriction imposed by the relevant festival organiser, including without limitation, as a result of their behaviour, age, or failure to meet any admission requirements or Wireless Festival's terms and conditions; and, or
(iii) any issues, malfunctions or defects that may occur when claiming the tickets through any third-party websites.
h. Entry into the Promotion is at the Entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by Entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to Entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.
i. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Wireless Festival. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Wireless Festival or the relevant Festival Organiser.
j. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or Entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
k. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
l. The application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
m. Winners and their guests agree to take part in any publicity reasonably requested by the Promoter.
